Gas efficient separation/filter element (filter element) is a separation and purification product specially designed for natural gas gathering and application. It is suitable for gas, artificial gas and other non-corrosive gases, such as nitrogen, carbon dioxide, propane, butane, gas-liquid-solid separation, gas gathering pipeline and gas transmission pipeline. 






Separation and purification equipment components necessary for stations, compressor stations, distribution stations, pigging stations, terminal stations and various application fields can effectively filter the dirt in pipelines and the debris peeling off the pipe wall to ensure the safe operation of gas transmission and gas equipment and meet the requirements of pipeline transportation and users for the quality of natural gas.

Description

Description

SF stainless steel plaiting elements mainly use 316L stainless steel fiber sintered felt and stainless steel woven mesh, elements sealing surface use arc welding and adhesive bonding process, the filter layers use multi-fold plaiting process and constitute a complete filter element, no leakage, no medium shedding phenomenon; stainless steel fiber sintered felt is made of porous and depth process fiber by high temperature; stainless steel wire mesh is made of stainless steel wire by knitting.

Multitube separators



 

The rapid development of the world economy has a growing demand for natural gas. In order to improve the proportion of natural gas energy consumption structure, all countries accelerate the development of coalbed methane, shale gas and other non-natural gas. Especially for coalbed methane, different countries have introduced a series of preferential policies to encourage the exploitation and utilization of coalbed methane. The utilization of coalbed methane can reduce the greenhouse gas emission, realize safety production of coal mine and play an important role in the development of low carbon economy. Therefore, Central Tanon has developed the effective multiple tube bundle tubular cyclone gas-liquid separator, the front-end production device to exploit natural gas, shale gas and coalbed methane. Compared with traditional separator, the separator does not belong to pressure vessel. With small volume, compact structure, it has low security risk and high separation efficiency. More importantly, the separator can regulate separation efficiency according to gas flow.

Based on the single tube tubular cyclone separator, the multiple tube bundle tubular cyclone separator is the new innovative product and has been awarded invention patent. The cyclone separator is connected with some single separators and surrounded in a ring by ring tubes. There are switch valves between ring tubes and outer single tubes. It can make regulation according to pressure and separation gas flow to take operation with the optimal separation speed. Since the volume of multiple tube bundles is larger than that of single bundle, the sedimentation time of liquid phase in separator becomes longer. In every single separation tube, the second-level separation is added to the first-level separator, which improves gas-liquid separation effect greatly.

Advantages of multiple tube bundle cyclone separator:

Small size, standardized production;

Adjustable and large separation scope, good separation effect;

Dwell time of liquid phase after separation, bad settlement separation effect;

Diameter of single tube is ﹤ 150mm; without annual inspection; with low management cost and small security risk.

Compared with traditional separators and other separators, the disadvantages of single tube cyclone separator (GLCC) and other separators are:

Large size, unstable operating condition, uncertain structure size, fail to realize standardized production;

Small separation scope of single tube cyclone separator;

Short dwell time of liquid phase after separation, bad settlement separation effect;

When the single tube diameter is ≧ 150mm, it belongs to pressure vessel and needs compulsory annual inspection with high management cost and security risk;

Separator cannot regulate the separation efficiency.
